The Drought Management Centre for Southeastern Europe (DMCSEE) was established in 2007 in conjunction with the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) , the the World Meteorological Organization, and the 13 founding countries.

The DMCSEE produces the following products:

• SPI, Precipitation, and Percentile Maps (1986-current)
• Maps from 1951-2000 (SPI, precipitation, and percentile)
