The National Meteorological Agency (NMA) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia produces Agrometeorological Bulletins that provides the following information: Weather Summary, Maps of Rainfall and Percent of Normal Rainfall, Weather Outlook, Vegetation Condition and Impact on Agriculture, and Expected Weather Impacts on Agriculture. Bulletins are produced every 10 days and the bulletins on the third decade of each month can either be monthly or seasonal. Monthly and seasonal bulletins always contain information on the latest 10 day and monthly periods. NMA also provides various weather forecasts (in Amharic) and climate bulletins.
